SmileCart Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with no damage.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
◉ Non-Returnable Items – Hygiene & Safety Notice
For health and safety reasons, certain oral hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. These include, but are not limited to:
- Toothbrushes (manual & electric)
- Interdental brushes, floss
- Manual brushes
- Tongue cleaners
- Mouth guards, aligner and denture care products
- Mouthwash
- Toothpaste, Teeth whitening product
Unfortunately, once these items have been sold, we are not able to accept returns, even if unopened, due to strict hygiene regulations.
◉ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
◉ Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
◉ Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged products.
We do not offer product-for-product exchanges for non-defective items.
